Dr. Ricardo Costa has more than 20 years of experience helping patients overcome pain, recover from injury, and return to the activities they love. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bloomfield College and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Seton Hall University. Ricardo is also a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), specializing in hands-on treatment for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Ricardo's work has been published in the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy (JOSPT), reflecting his commitment to evidence-based practice and clinical excellence. He is passionate about helping patients achieve lasting results through personalized care, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.

Outside the clinic, Ricardo enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, relaxing at the beach, playing golf, and watching sports.

Dr. Joseph Novoa earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Delaware and is passionate about helping patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. A New Jersey native and former athlete, Joseph developed an early appreciation for movement, fitness, and sports, which inspired his career in physical therapy.

Joseph treats a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions and has experience helping patients with vestibular disorders, dizziness, and vertigo. He believes in providing individualized, evidence-based care that empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery.

Outside the clinic, Joseph enjoys golfing, staying active, and following his favorite New York sports teams.
